Alarm monitoring

Alarm monitoring means, for instance, that when we receive a report of a fire or burglary notification (by phone, individual or computer) action is taken. This is obviously per notification and customer different and the action can vary from calling the company to immediate monitoring of surveillance and alerts from external agencies such as fire brigade, police, etc. The follow-up is only done when everything has been processed and a report has been prepared.

Because work is done in regionaly, we are able to arrive on the spot very quick. The average run time is approximately 7 minutes. Due to the rapid follow-up, a lot of damage can be avoided. With a false alarm, a complete round is made to see if everything is all right. In case of an actual burglary, or any other situation, we will act according to the agreements we have made previously.
